Rules / Regulations

Base Rules

• Anyone can join valor, as long as approved by Managment / recruiters
• Valor has a no cheating policy, if you are found to be cheating you will be removed from the team
• Managment / recruiters get first pick when squadding up, so dont be upset if you dont get to join higher ups
• players of any skill are welcome, the point of the community is to grow and help eachother
• highest ranked player has control of the lobbies. see ranking structure to figure our whom that will be
• respect your fellow members, trash talk is okay but if its a sensitive subject for someone please refrain
• people who exibit standout talent may be asked to join an e-sports squad, it is not mandatory if you are asked
  

e-sports Rules

• when designated E-sports players are online their team receives first dibs on playing with them
• if you are selected to play as a sub on one of the e-sports teams you are expected to play with that squad
• managment has final say on roster moves / adding or removal of players designated to each squad
  

Team events

• during team events Managment has final say on what squads face what squads, maps gamemodes etc
• Dont complain if you arent on the team with people you want to be with, most of the time we will randomly

generate the squads.

• the highest ranking member will be the host of team events unless they delegate it to another member
  
• if there is no room for you in the event be patient we will rotate people in and out to make it more fair
  

• During meetings everyone but Managment and recruiters should stay muted until called upon
• If you have questions wait until a manager calls on you or wait for the Qna at the end of the meeting
• If you are online and available (few exceptions) and a meeting is being held you should be in attendance
• we are very strict on the rules during meetings, managment puts a lot into this so please be respectful

during meetins and events, failing to do so will result in removal from the meeting / event and depending

on the severity, removal from the team.
